Five Habits that made old fast

Aging is a very natural process and experienced by everyone. But there are ways to slow down, but could not be stopped altogether. Experts say many bad habits that we do everyday affect the slow appearance of wrinkles fast.

These include the following.

1. Extreme diet.

2. Stress.

3. Not exercising. Leaving sports schedules will make the muscle loses its beauty and reduce its strength. Even the simplest exercise can increase metabolism and accelerate blood circulation.

4. Sleeping without a clean make-up will block pores and prevent the skin to breathe after it cover all day.

5. Rubbed his eyes. The soft skin around the eyes will be faster if we like wrinkled-ngucek rubbed his eyes. If you feel tired, rest and compresses better eye with a warm towel or warm tea bag. ?
